Take the Train
Ever want to know what it was like to ride an old-fashioned passenger train? Check out the Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad or the steam and diesel locomotives at the Georgia State Railroad Museum. You can also check out the SAM Shortline in Georgia Veterans State Park.
Head to a Museum
Georgia has an incredible rich history. Why not head to the Old School History Museum and Uncle Remus Museum in Eatonton, or check out the Laurel & Hardy Museum of Harlem? There’s also the Rural Telephone Museum in Leslie for a unique perspective of Georgia’s past.
