The Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 has a long legacy of performance that is seemingly only improved with continued tinkering over time. 2019 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 updates continue this trend of never settling, and the final product is one that Ford thinks should make the man himself happy—wherever he is.
“Somewhere, Carroll is smiling,” said Hermann Salenbauch, global director, Ford Performance vehicle programs. “The new Shelby GT350 is our ultimate track Mustang. We’ve stuck to Carroll Shelby’s original formula for winning championships and made our Shelby GT350 even better with the latest in race-proven aerodynamics, tire, and chassis technology.”
How exactly does the 2019 Shelby GT350 earn such lofty praise? It’s all in the attention to details. 2019 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 updates include new Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires with an exclusive tread pattern and unique compound that improve lateral acceleration, acceleration, and braking; new 19-inch aluminum wheels that are rugged and lightweight; and an optional all-new spoiler with Gurney flap that will improve aerodynamic efficiency and increase downforce.
The new Shelby GT350 will also see improvements made to its MagneRide active suspension, electric power-assist steering, and three-mode electronic stability control. With its 5.2-liter flat-plane crankshaft V8, it will continue to be a powerful beast that delivers 526 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque.
Other updates for the Shelby GT350 include an available 12-speaker B&O PLAY audio system by HARMAN, new power-adjustable seats with Miko® suede inserts, and two new exterior hues: Velocity Blue and the oft-requested Ford Performance Blue. And that is how a legend becomes more legendary.

There’s a lot of pressure that goes into planning a fun summer cookout, particularly if you’ve got a big crowd to feed. Fortunately, there are a few things you can do to make the planning process go smoothly and ensure that nobody goes unfed or unsatisfied—yourself included.
Limit your guest list
If you’re hosting a summer cookout in the park, you might not need to limit how many people you invite. If you plan on having a summer cookout in your backyard, however, you may want to determine how many people can fit comfortably in your space before you start sending out the invites. Having too many people at the cookout can cause discomfort, so make sure that you have plenty enough space for your guest list and seating to accommodate everyone.
Buy enough food
People come to summer cookouts for the food and stay for the social atmosphere. Failing to provide enough food for all of your guests can quickly lead to unsatisfied guests, so stock up and get extra. Worse comes to worse, you’ll have leftovers for your guests to take home with them, or enough to last you and your family for a few days.
Have games and activities ready
Bringing a few board games, a deck of cards, and music to the cookout are a few great ways to keep everyone entertained once they’ve eaten their fill. Create a playlist of party songs to get attendees dancing. Setting up a table with a simple deck of cards or board game is a great way to generate some activity, or you can opt for yard games like horseshoes or cornhole.
These are just a few of the ways to make sure that your seasonal cookouts are a smashing success that have them crawling back for more. If you want to take your cookout on the go, consider a new Ford truck or SUV from Robbie Roberson Ford to load up all of your goodies and guests in
